Our Company Policy

Packing orders involves human interaction. Occasionally human error results in a missing or incorrect item being sent with your order. If this happens, notify us immediately (preferably by email). We will resolve each problem on a case by case basis.

We ship most of our orders using USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Larger or heavier packages may ship using Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery. Shipping and handling calculated by the online shopping cart is an estimate.

We recommend inspecting your package upon receipt. Most orders are shipped insured. Notify us about the damage or loss and we will start the claim process. We may request pictures or the return of damaged items. You will then be advised of the status of your claim.

Any merchandise returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package, and in resalable condition. We will not exchange or refund any product with a product package having "defective" or anything else written on it. Installing a servo constitutes used merchandise. Servo returns must include the complete unopened accessory package. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice (online orders receive an email confirmation and phone orders have an invoice included in package). For merchandise that is not defective, you may be charged a re-stocking fee equal to our original cost of shipping. You must include a note with the reason for return or exchange or we will not process your return. 

We accept no responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for crash damage occurring during the use of a radio-controlled model. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components. Current limits must be observed with batteries, speed controllers, and electric motors. Fuses must be used with all electrical components where indicated (ie: speed controllers). Millennium R/C accepts no responsibility for the improper assembly, installation and use of purchased products. 

 We do not share your private information with any other company. When you give us your email address, we do not share or sell it to anyone. We will send you an email notification when we received your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. We do save your email address in our ordering-customers mailing list. As a result of being on this list, you may receive announcements when new products become available.
